EVive Charger User registration agreement
Please read this terms carefully before registering your EVive Charger account to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement.
 If you click registration during the registration process, you voluntarily enter into an agreement with "EVive Charger" and agree to fully accept all the terms of this Agreement, and the terms of this Agreement constitute a document legally binding on both parties.
This Agreement may be updated at any time by the "EVive Charger", and the updated terms of the Agreement shall replace the original terms of the Agreement without further notice, and users may consult the latest terms of the Agreement at the "EVive Charger" registration page. After the modification of the terms of "EVive Charger", if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by "EVive Charger" and the user continues to use the services provided by "EVive Charger" will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.
1. Account registration
1.1 Users, mainly registered users. Registered user is a user who uses the service after completing all registration procedures through "EVive Charger". Non-registered users are temporarily unable to enjoy the services provided by "EVive Charger".
1.2 The ownership of the "EVive Charger" account (i. e., the "EVive Charger" user ID) belongs to the "EVive Charger". After you complete the registration application procedures, you can obtain the right to use the "EVive Charger" account. When you register, you should provide immediate, detailed and accurate personal information and be obliged to constantly update the registration information to meet immediate, exhaustive and accurate requirements. All the original typed data will be identified as registered data."EVive Charger" shall not be liable for any problems caused by the untrue registration information and the consequences of the problem.
1.3 "EVive Charger" prompts you not to transfer, sell, lease or lend your account number or password to others. If you authorize others to use the account number, you shall bear full responsibility for all actions carried out by the authorized person under the account.
2. Use the specification
2.1 When using the "EVive Charger" service, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations of the United States, and shall not use the Service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following acts:
1) contain any sexual or sexual implication;
2) including insults, intimidation or threats;
3) Including harassment, spam advertising, malicious information or decoy information;
4) The privacy, personal information or data of others involved;
5) incite resistance to or undermine the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;
6) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors or disturbing social order;
7) Promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
8) openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or making other malicious attacks;
9) Other violations of the Constitution, laws and regulations;
2.2 In the process of receiving the services provided by "EVive Charger", you shall not do the following behaviors:
1) Do not publish, transmit, disseminate or store the contents that infringe on the intellectual property rights, trade secret rights and other legal rights, including viruses, Trojan horses and other contents that may cause harm or affect the stability of the "EVive Charger" system, and create false identity to mislead or deceive others;
2) Shall not use this "Software" to obtain picture materials or information in any way including the infringement of trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any party;
3) Do not endanger the security of computer network, including but not limited to: use unauthorized data or enter the unauthorized server / account number; enter the public computer network or computer systems of others without permission, delete, modify or add stored information; without permission, attempt to explore, scan and test the weaknesses of the platform system or network or other acts that destroy network security; attempt to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the platform system or website, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses or other acts that disrupt the normal network information services;
4) It shall not modify or forge the instructions, data or data packets in the operation of the software works, add, delete or change the functions or operation effect of the software, and shall not spread or operate the software used for the above purposes to the public through the information network;
5) Violation the activity rules published on the "EVive Charger" page, including but not limited to publishing false information, cheating or making false transactions through other means or obtaining direct economic benefits.
2.3 You understand and agree that:
1) In case of your breach of the above commitments, "EVive Charger" shall have the right to handle or terminate the services provided to you in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, without obtaining your consent or giving advance notice to you.
2) According to the designation of relevant decrees or the judgment of "EVive Charger" service rules, if your EVive Charger is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement and / or rules, "EVive Charger" has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to deleting the content of the published information, restricting the use, suspending the license, terminating the service, canceling the "EVive Charger" account, and investigating the legal liability."EVive Charger" shall have the right to cancel the account of maliciously registering "EVive Charger" account or using "EVive Charger" account, disturbing, harassing, deceiving other users or other acts in violation of this Agreement. At the same time, the EVive Charger EVive Charger will assist the relevant departments in the investigation activities.
3) If your alleged breach of commitment causes damage to any third party, you shall independently bear all legal liabilities in your own name and ensure that EVive Charger is exempt from the losses or additional costs incurred thereby.
4) If you may violate any relevant law or the provisions of this Agreement, resulting in any loss or claims by any third party or penalty by any administrative department, you shall indemnify EVive Charger for any losses and (or) expenses incurred, including reasonable attorney fees.
3. scope cover
3.1 The specific content of the "EVive Charger" network service shall be provided by the "EVive Charger" according to the actual situation. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Service Agreement, new products, functions and services launched by "EVive Charger" are subject to the specifications of this Service Agreement.
3.2 In view of the particularity of the Internet Services, you know and agree that "EVive Charger" has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the Internet Services (including paid Internet services) at any time without prior notice."EVive Charger" does not guarantee the possibility of interruption of network services, or the timeliness, security and accuracy of network services."EVive Charger" will periodically or irregularly repair or maintain the platform or related equipment, and you know and agree to the interruption of the Internet services (including paid network services) within a reasonable time. "EVive Charger" shall not bear any responsibility, and "EVive Charger" shall have the right to suspend any service for maintenance, maintenance, upgrade or other purposes.
3.3 "EVive Charger" shall have the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, and "EVive Charger" shall not bear any liability to you or any third party.
3.4 You understand and accept that the "EVive Charger" information service platform, as an information release and service platform, cannot control the authenticity or accuracy of each information content. You should carefully judge and determine the authenticity, legality and validity of the relevant information, and bear the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom. Any information depends on the risk and responsibility for the system or data.
4. The Privacy Policy
4.1 The "EVive Charger" will be published on the "EVive Charger" platform and from time to time shall amend the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an effective part of this Agreement.
4.2 In order to protect the security of your personal information, we use various security techniques and programs to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or leakage. You understand and agree with this.
4.3 You know and agree that EVive Charger may cooperate with a third party to provide relevant network services to the user. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility for protecting the user's privacy as the website, EVive Charger shall have the right to provide the user's registration information to the third party. In addition, "EVive Charger" has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the entire user database.
4.4 "EVive Charger" undertakes not to disclose or provide the registration information of a single user to a third party, except the following:
1) Obtain explicit authorization from users in advance;
2) Only by disclosing the user's personal information can the required products and services be provided;
3) In accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
4) According to the requirements of the relevant competent government departments;
5) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of "EVive Charger";
6) The other "EVive Charger" has reason to be disclosed.
5. Intellectual Property Statement
5.1 Except that the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in the Service shall be enjoyed by the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content provided by "EVive Charger" in the Service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, charts, etc.) shall be owned by "EVive Charger", except that users have legally obtained the intellectual property rights of the content published by themselves before using the Service.
5.2 Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software on which "EVive Charger" provides the service shall be owned by "EVive Charger".
5.3 The copyright or trademark rights of "EVive Charger" and "text" involved in the Services and other "EVive Charger" logo and "product" and service name (hereinafter referred to as "EVive Charger" logo ") belong to" EVive Charger ". Without the prior written consent of "EVive Charger", the user shall not display or otherwise use the "EVive Charger" logo in any way, nor indicate to others that the user has the right to display, use, or other right to handle the "EVive Charger" logo.
5.4 The above and any other "EVive Charger" or the intellectual property rights legally owned by the relevant advertisers are protected by law, and the users shall not use or create the relevant derivative works in any form without the written permission of "EVive Charger" or the relevant advertisers.
6. Termination and other agreements
6.1 You agree that "EVive Charger" based on the security of the platform services, "EVive Charger" has the right to suspend some or all of the "EVive Charger" platform services, temporarily freeze your account, timely recover after the security problems are solved, and timely notify the facts of suspension, freezing and recovery. If the security problem of the website is caused by your illegal behavior, "EVive Charger" has stopped providing some or all of the "EVive Charger" platform services, permanently freezing (cancel) your account, and has the right to claim against you for the loss.
6.2 You have the right to request "EVive Charger" to cancel your account. If "EVive Charger" agrees, "EVive Charger" shall cancel your account, and the contractual relationship with "EVive Charger" based on this Agreement shall be terminated. After your account is cancelled, the EVive Charger has no obligation to retain or disclose to you any information in your account, or to forward to you or a third party any information that you have not read or sent.
6.3 You agree that after the termination of your agreement relationship with "EVive Charger", "EVive Charger" shall still enjoy the following rights:
1) Continue to keep the registration information that you have not deleted in time and all the information you published during the service of the "EVive Charger" platform until the expiration of the record stipulated by law.
2) If you violate laws or violate this Agreement and / or rules during the use of the EVive Charger Platform, the EVive Charger may still claim its rights against you in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Application of the law and others
7.1The validity, interpretation, alteration, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the absence of relevant laws, general international business practices and (or) industry practices shall be followed.
7.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. If no negotiation can be reached, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where "EVive Charger" is located.
